L’investisseur basé en Israël, Gigawatt Global, serait prêt à injecter 100 millions de dollars US dans un projet hybride d’énergie solaire photovoltaïque (PV) et éolienne de 71 MW en Zambie.
Le président-directeur général de l’entreprise, Josef Abramowitz, a annoncé l’information lors d’une interview en marge du Forum d’affaires israélo-zambien 2023 qui s’est tenu début aout à Jérusalem sur le thème « Opportunités agro-industrielles pour garantir la sécurité alimentaire ».
M. Abramowitz a déclaré que son entreprise est une plateforme multinationale d’énergie renouvelable qui développe, finance, construit et exploite des projets solaires photovoltaïques à grande échelle sur les marchés émergents.
